Administrative Assistant

The Role

Ikemba Investment Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing real estate development and project management team.

This role will work directly with company leadership to assist with scheduling, communications, document management, and general administrative tasks to help ensure projects and internal operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Assist with emails and internal communications
  • Organize files, contracts, and project documents
  • Support basic reporting and data entry
  • Help coordinate with vendors and clients
  • Assist with general day-to-day administrative needs

Key Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
