The Role
- The Mission: We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support our Marketing Manager in executing content, communications, and documentation across Ikemba’s development and impact initiatives. This role is designed for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in real estate development marketing and project storytelling across West Africa.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in preparing updates for the News & Insights page (project milestones, company announcements, and industry highlights)
- Support LinkedIn and digital content scheduling across Ikemba platforms
- Help organize project photos, videos, and site updates from development teams
- Assist in basic market research and internal reporting
- Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns and presentations
Key Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn preferred)
- Basic experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
