The 7th & Tubman development introduces a new approach to urban development in Liberia. Situated at the intersection of 7th Street and Tubman Boulevard in the heart of the CBD, the project represents a transformative moment for the city. The design balances commercial and community needs. The ground floor activates the streetscape with retail spaces, while the upper levels feature seven stories of modern office environments. This project serves as a catalyst for long-term urban growth.
