The Project
The site’s dynamic qualities demand a design
that is both assertive and bold, while also
taking full advantage of the exceptional views
from its commanding heights. The design
approach aimed to future-proof the building
against any obstructions that may arise, and
thus the building was situated on the highest
level. This positioning enables easy
navigation of the site, as one can begin at the
highest point and gradually move towards
the lower points without encountering any
steep inclines for vehicles and pedestrians
alike.
